Breed Restrictions - NO (Akitas, German Shepards, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Wolf Hybrids, Staffordshire Terriers or Rottweilers)
Any mixed breeds that have the predominant characteristics of any of the restricted breeds listed are also prohibited.
Any and all tenants found to have an unauthorized pet will be charged a $250 fine, and the tenant will be required to file a pet agreement and pay a monthly pet fee.
